  • Experience: Mr. Fisher is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of California (1990) and Colorado (1993), and is admitted to practice in the Federal Court system, including the United States Supreme Court. He has handled cases in the areas of insurance defense, complex construction defect litigation, developer/subcontractor disputes, employment law, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate litigation, and worker related personal injury/wrongful death claims. Mr. Fisher has also successfully handled various cases involving constitutional issues and has negotiated large settlements with Federal agencies such as the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Land Management. Mr. Fisher recently continued the firm's appellate advocacy success in the matter of McMillan Albany LLC v. Superior Court of Kern County (Van Tassell) (2018), wherein the California Supreme Court accepted his arguments confirming a developer's Right to Repair supersedes all other legal rights. 
  • Background: Prior to joining Ulich Balmuth Fisher LLP, Mr. Fisher was a partner in the law firm of Davis, Balmuth & Fisher.
  • Community & Interests: Mr. Fisher enjoys fishing, skiing and coaching youth football, and he is a regular supporter of Mission San Juan Capistrano, San Juan Hills High School and Servite High School. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and is a Black Belt in Karate. Mr. Fisher is an active member in his community participating on several committees for several homeowner’s associations, and he previously served as the Team Leader for the City of San Clemente’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).
