- Experience: Tim Gravitt handles litigation and trial matters in both State and Federal courts with a focus on construction and insurance (bad faith and coverage disputes), personal injury, probate/trust, employment, intellectual property and general business disputes. His litigation experience includes numerous court and jury trials, arbitrations and mediations, as well as writs and appeals, including several published California Court of Appeal opinions. Tim has also counselled homeowners associations on risk avoidance strategies.
- Background: Before joining Ulich Ganion Balmuth Fisher LLP, Tim was the principal in the Law Offices of Timothy A. Gravitt. Before launching his own firm he was a partner at Meserve, Mumper & Hughes LLP in Los Angeles and Irvine.
- Community & Interests: In his spare time, Tim enjoys surfing, swimming and traveling with his wife and sons. He regularly supports the Salvation Army, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Boy Scouts of America, Catholic Relief Services and the Mattel Children’s Hospital of LA. He lives in Laguna Niguel.
